I spent the last day of 2013 doing exactly what I love, sharing my passion and gifts with both horses and riders, training and teaching lessons. As many of you know, I have navigated through some major life changes over the past 2 1/2 years. I can honestly say that this New Years Eve is the first in quite a few where I find myself eagerly, optimistically, and enthusiastically welcoming the new year.
It feels good to have the family close. The new house is beginning to feel like home. I have lovely horses to train. What I think brings me the most joy is the enthusiasm of all my students, both old and new.
So thank you to everyone who supported me throughout this transitional year. I miss you all in Florida and wish you the best of luck this season. And to all of my Michigan people, I am just thrilled with what is to come!
